We have vacancies for seasonal Guest Hosts working across 3 multi award winning restaurants and bars at Celtic Holiday Parks, Pembrokeshire.
This fast paced and fun role is multi functional, providing excellence in customer service alongside front of house duties at Charlie's restaurants and bars, as well as welcoming guests and owners on their holiday stays.

We have three Holiday Parks each with their own Charlie's restaurant:
Croft Country Park
Meadow House
Noble Court & Celtic Escapes

JOB SPECIFICATION

Responsibilities: Food and Beverage front of house duties in bar and restaurant including service, waiting on tables, preparing all beverages, clearing and working closely with the kitchen team. Providing a warm welcome to guests and owners staying on Park including check in and out, reporting maintenance issues, welcoming guests for Celtic Wellbeing treatments, liaising with internal staff on housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Job Purpose: The role integrates front of house duties within the restaurants and bars, providing bar service and waiting duties, alongside customer service for holiday guests and holiday home owners. This is a fun, hands on role within a holiday park environment, split between 20% guest welcome and 80% food and beverage.
